Ginger has been well documented in helping this distressing problem. In a study conducted at sea, ginger reduced the symptoms of vomiting, nausea and cold sweats within 4 hours of taking it. It is much better to take ginger at least 4 hours before travelling.
For best effect, take 1 ginger capsule 4 times daily the day before and on the day of travel.
