Treatment using natural remedies can be very effective in resolving this painful periods and treatment needs to be taken for about 3 months to really monitor the results. If the treatment is started in the early part of the cycle, often some improvement is seen by the time the next period arrives.

High potency EPA provides prostaglandins that the body needs to reduce pain and inflammation that occurs with painful periods.

The herbal remedy Dong Quai is known to help balance the possible over-production of oestrogen that can cause painful periods. Try taking Raspberry and Dong Quai Combination . Rasperry helps to relax the uterus.
