Ensuring that diet is full of nutrient rich food, free from processed food and 'junk' food plus the added measures of a good supplement means that the health of both after the birth will be greatly benefited. We recommend taking a formula especially designed for pregnant and lactating women called Nature's Prenatal, which contains all the nutrients needed. We also recommend that essential fatty acids are supplemented for healthy foetal growth. They aren't called 'essential' fatty acids for nothing, and they are never more important that when pregnant.
