Literally Melt Away The Feelings of Worry and Stress With This Simple Kinesiology Techniqueposted on 27 May 2010 | posted in Health TipsKinesiologists frequently use 'hot spots" situated around the head to improve blood supply to specific body circuits. These reflex points are known as Bennet's Reflexes or neurovascular reflexes. Emotional Stress Release technique is a treatment that can be used on other people or yourself when you're stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, 'fuzzy headed" and can't think straight, upset - in fact anything that causes your brain to go into override. All you do is apply and extremely gentle touch to two Bennet's Reflexes that are found on the forehead. You can do this anytime, anywhere. To check whether it has worked for you or the person you're trying it on, just think of your problem / feeling and give it a number on a scale of 0 - 10. The number 10 would be the worst imaginable, 0 would represent no feelings at all about the problem (not a stress). After you have carried out the technique then think of the stress / problem again and re-evaluate it again on the same scale. See if you feel the same about it. This is how you do it Ask the person to think about the stress or problem and give it a number from 1-10 that reflects the amount of discomfort it causes.
